It's definitively a must have for news reader now.
If you add it, then I could uninstall Netnewsreader from my iPad (just take a look at this one's Instapaper support, cause it's one of the best).

Absolute Must

Instapaper support would be AMAZING. It'd be great if I could a. have an instapaper strip for my previously saved articles and b. an option to save to instapaper in the 'share' menu.
A 'local' strip with weather, local news, and other location-based services (events? hot on yelp?) would be cool too.

I use NetNewsWire now, which has instapaper support. Great app, but a little too slow. I won't be purchasing this app until it has instapaper support. I'll be waiting

Agreed. Your app rocks, but must have Instapaper support before I delete NetNewsWire and others.

Another vote for instapaper support. Although, as a workaround for now, users can email articles to their instapaper email address from within pulse.

This app looks great after looking up lots of reviews about it but I am holding off on a purchase until two things happen: 1. A more stable version comes out and 2. There is confirmation that instapaper support is coming. So another +1 for instapaper support from a prospective customer!
